How much does shipping cost for complete bikes?
Shipping costs vary depending on the bike model, package dimensions, destination, and shipping method (Standard or Expedited).
Additional estimated shipping charges are already included for orders shipped to Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), and the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) due to higher transportation costs.
Free In-Store Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order at our Elizabeth, NJ store, no shipping fees will apply. If you have already paid for shipping, the shipping fee will be refunded after you collect your order.
What if my bike has scratches or paint imperfections when it arrives?
As bicycles are large items, minor paint scratches or cosmetic damage may occasionally occur during long-distance shipping.
Small paint scratches can be addressed with stickers or a touch-up paint pen. For impact-related damage, please contact our customer service team for replacement parts. If the damage does not affect the bike's overall functionality or riding performance, it will not be considered a product quality issue qualifying for a full-bike return or exchange.
