What do l do if l never received my order?

What do l do if l received a defective product?
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please takepictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check ifit's eligible for replacement.

2 years warranty. lf it is a product quality problem, the seller will bear the freightwheather you choose to return or exchange.

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
